hello,
is it possible to interface 3 wire spi interface slaves using pc's parallel port??? and what is the minimum frequency that can be used for spi slaves?
please help

Yes, my article here will get you started:

SPI has no minimum clock frequency though a specific device might. See your chip's data sheet for specifics on the interface.
The inpout DLL for accessing the port is here:
