How long does it take to wake the ATMEL 89c52 from power down mode by an external interrupt???

Did you look for this information in the chip's data sheet?

 the data sheet  just says that  must do a hardware reset to exit from the power down mode. without mention for the time that needed to exit from the power down mode

The data sheet says:

The reset should not be activated before VCC
is restored to its normal operating level and must be held
active long enough to allow the oscillator to restart and
stabilize.

How long this takes would vary with your supply and oscillator.
