WinUSB form (runtime vs design)

I purposely added in a group box and a button to the form.
During design, group box text is in blue but becomes black during runtime.
As for the button, it appears to me that runtime automatically adjust the button size to display the full text. Also, the appearance is different.
How to set the form if I want the runtime be the same as design?
